Following this meeting’s Opening Formation, drill was practiced, tests being administered to the cadets who needed them immediately after. Then, an Emergency Services (ES) class was taught by First Sergeant Briggs on what 24- and 72-hour packs were and what they contained. His previous experience at Hawk Mountain provided an added bonus for the cadets, for this, coupled with the basics, gave the cadets a more vast understanding of ES preparation. After this, C/1st Lt Britten led a leadership activity that dove into the Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing concept of teams.
