As you may know, June 20th was Father’s Day. Every year, St. Croix Squadron hosts a pancake breakfast on Father’s Day as a fundraiser for our squadron. We serve pancakes, sausages, and eggs, and all proceeds go towards our cadets and squadron expenses. This year, we cooked all the food in a hangar at Lake Elmo Airport, and the cadets and senior members all helped to serve everyone who came through. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, so we really appreciate everyone who stopped by for breakfast, especially because we couldn’t hold one last year. This event was very successful, and if you didn’t make it to the breakfast this year, we hope to see you next year.
