This week, St. Croix Squadron’s meeting was a fun one. It was a Blue Moon- a fun meeting whenever there is a 5th Thursday in a month. Of course, like any meeting, it started with Commander’s Call- we had 29 participants this week! Lieutenant Kooiker was recently appointed the new MN Wing Aerospace Director. He has done a great job with our squadron, and we know he will do the same with the Wing. Eric Ekstrand recently promoted to the rank of 1st Lieutenant; congratulations Lieutenant! For the fun uniform, the cadets dressed in a beach/Hawaiian theme. They were living in paradise. The squadron is currently 44/50 points toward its pizza party- so close, let’s finish strong! During the Blue Moon, the cadets played a game called mafia- a social deduction game with a moderator, a mafia, doctors, citizens, and a detective.
