During St. Croix Squadron’s weekly meeting, the whole squadron participated in commander’s call where CMSgt Waters, the cadet Deputy Commander, did his Chief Speech. After Commander’s call, the senior members split off and the cadets had character development taught by Col. Burton. The Character Development class was about relationships: informal, emotional, and long-term. After the meeting, 2 cadets had the chance to attempt their drill tests, both passing! Currently, we are 44/50 points towards our pizza party! A final addition to our meetings is that our Flight Sergeants are now taking attendance for their flights, contacting cadets through emails and phone calls. We hope to see everyone at next week’s meeting!
