St. Croix Squadron’s meeting this week included PT(physical training), a TLP(team leadership problem), and Commander’s Call. This week, we had 6 guests! We hope this continues so our squadron will grow. For PT, the cadets played ultimate frisbee outside instead of the normal testing for promotions. Next, the cadets learned how to work as a team through a team leadership problem involving making a ribbon knot and untying it, learning about some crucial leadership skills and concepts as they went. After that, the whole squadron got together for Commander’s Call, where we all went over things happening in Civil Air Patrol and going through the usual squadron business.
