On St. Croix Squadron’s weekly zoom meeting, there was Commander’s Call for senior members and cadets alike, and impromptu speeches for the cadets. During Commander’s Call, we had a special guest, Major Dittberner, and Lieutenant Britten recently achieved the sought after Mitchell Award! The last thing that happened in Commander’s Call was an Emergency Services Briefing. Post Commander’s Call, the cadet side participated in impromptu speeches- the goal was to deliver a speech of at least one minute in length with only thirty seconds to prepare! The topics were odd but fun, and every cadet attending got to try a speech.
